THE PRIOR CANNOT BE USED TO TRIAGE ROWS AS NON-AUTONOMOUS. It may still help order effort; it must not substitute for a search. || ⚠️ THE AUTONOMY EVIDENCE WAS CONFLICTING AND THE PRIMARY SOURCE SETTLED IT.
