What this site is
GPACalculatorHQ provides free, informational tools for calculating and converting academic grades — GPA, CGPA, SGPA, percentage and related figures. The tools run in your browser and are offered for general informational and planning purposes only.
Not official, not advice
The site is not a university, examination authority, or credential-evaluation service, and nothing here is official academic, admissions, legal or financial advice. Conversions — especially CGPA-to-percentage, CGPA-to-US-GPA and cross-country comparisons — are estimates based on published formulas and methods. Your official transcript, your university, and where required an accredited evaluator (such as WES or ECE) are the authoritative sources. Always confirm any figure that affects an application against those sources before relying on it.
Accuracy and source-verification
We build university formulas from primary documents and show the source and a verification status on each page, but we cannot guarantee that every formula is current or error-free — regulations change, and documents are sometimes ambiguous. If you spot a mistake, please tell us, ideally with a link to the official source. You use the calculators and their results at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, GPACalculatorHQ is not liable for any loss or consequence arising from use of the site or reliance on its results — including any decision made on the basis of a calculated or converted figure.
Acceptable use
You may use the tools freely for personal and educational purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or misrepresent its output as an official certification.
Third-party services and links
The site uses third-party analytics and advertising services and may link to external sites (including official university documents). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites; see our privacy policy for how data is handled.
Intellectual property
The site's text, layout and original content are owned by GPACalculatorHQ. Official formulas and figures belong to the universities and authorities that publish them; we cite those sources rather than claiming ownership of them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
