What to get in touch about
- Add or fix a university formula. If your university isn't listed, or you believe a conversion formula is wrong, tell us — and if you can, include a link to the official source (an examination circular, ordinance, or grading handbook). We build formulas from primary documents, so a source link is the fastest way to get a correction made.
- Report a bug. If a calculator gives an unexpected result or a page doesn't work on your device, let us know what you entered and what you expected.
- Suggest a feature. Tell us what would make the tools more useful.
- General feedback. We read everything.
What we can't help with
We're a free calculator site, not an admissions or credential-evaluation service. We can't tell you whether a specific university will accept your grades, or produce an official credential evaluation — for that you need a service like WES or ECE, and your target institution's admissions office. Our conversions are estimates to help you plan.
Response time
We're a small operation, so replies may take a few days. Correction requests that include an official source link are prioritised, because we can act on them straight away.
