No published conversion for Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU), Bhilai
This institution states that no CGPA-to-percentage formula applies. CSVTU officially states that its Ordinance has NO provision for converting CGPA/CPI into a percentage, for any course it awards. Do not use ×10, ×9.5 or (CGPA − 0.5) × 10 (a formula some calculator sites attribute to CSVTU without any source). Quote your CGPA/CPI as it is, and attach this CSVTU notification wherever a percentage is demanded — the notification itself says students may produce it wherever required. This applies to every CSVTU-affiliated college (e.g. BIT Durg, Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus).

What to do instead: ask the examination section or controller of examinations for a conversion certificate. Most institutions issue one on request, and an employer or university will accept that where they will not accept an estimate.
