University of Jammu — MCA syllabus under CBCS (sessions 2018-19 to 2020-21), 'Absolute Grade System' — 'CONVERSION FROM CGPA TO PERCENTAGE: The conversion of SGPA or CGPA to Percent score will be carried out by multiplication of respective SGPA or CGPA by a factor of 9. A CGPA of 6.75 shall be considered equivalent to 60% marks.'

The same ×9 clause is reproduced in the M.Sc IT syllabus (2024 onwards) and reflects the PG CBCS absolute grade system (≥ 90 O 10; 75–<90 A+ 9; 65–<75 A 8; 55–<65 B+ 7; 50–<55 B 6; 40–<50 C+ 5; 36–<40 C 4). The underlying PG CBCS statute PDF is scanned and was not read, and PG NEP (2026) statutes were not read. Note the University's own equivalence '6.75 = 60%' is a rounded rule (6.75 × 9 = 60.75). For FYUGP UG (2022-23 onward) use key 'jammuuniversity' (×10).
