SCOPE: FYUP Regulations 2025 cl. 1.3 — 'applicable to students enrolled in the first semester of undergraduate courses offered by the Departments/Centres of Colleges/Institutes affiliated to Manipur University, as well as by the Departments or Institutes of Manipur University, from the academic session 2025–26 onward.' The PG Regulations 2025 (Office Order No. 917 dated 07-01-2026), cl. 23, contain the identical clause: 'For conversion to percentage, CGPA will be multiplied by 10 … Percentage of marks = (CGPA X 10)'. EARLIER BATCHES: FYUP cl. 1.4 says students admitted before 2025-26 remain under the Manipur University Ordinance for UG Programmes in Science, Arts and Commerce, 2022, and that 'Percentage conversion from CGPA shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the respective ordinances and regulations.'
