SCOPE: all programmes governed by the Examination Ordinance (uploaded June 2024). The separate Academic Ordinance (Version 2.0, updated 06-05-2024) gives a marks-banded grade table (90–100 O 10 … below 40 F) but no conversion clause. DATA FLAG: the ordinance cover says 'Haryana Legislature Act No. 26 of 2016', while the website says 'State Legislative Act No. 25 of 2016'; the year is the same, so only the year is used.
