Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University — Regulation 2 (A), 'Regulation for the implementation of Choice Based Credit System (CBCS), Semester System, Multiple Entry and Exit, Continuous Assessment and Grading System in light of National Education Policy 2020 … from Academic Session 2024-25 onwards', Reg. 2A.72 'Conversion of CGPA to percentage' (p. 22): 'To convert CGPA to percentage, the CGPA must be multiplied by Ten. Thus, for example, a CGPA of 7.23 will be converted to 72.3%. Because of the grading system, the percentage calculated on the basis of conversion may be different from the percentage calculated by the consideration of actual marks obtained in courses. The percentage based on CGPA conversion shall be mentioned in the final cumulative-grade sheet and shall be treated as the final and valid value of percentage for all purposes.'
SCOPE: students admitted from 2024-25 under Regulation 2-A (NEP UG/PG programmes). Grading is absolute (Reg. 2A.67: 90–100% O, 80–89.99 A+, 70–79.99 A, 60–69.99 B+, 50–59.99 B, 45–49.99 C, 40–44.99 P) when fewer than 100 students take a course, and relative (Reg. 2A.68) above 100. The ×10 is still the University's official equivalence, printed on the final grade sheet as the 'final and valid' percentage.
