Source & verification
INHERITED from Goa University (registry key goauniversity): Ordinances Part A, OA-16 ('General Ordinance for the award of class at the University Examinations', effective 11 March 2021): 'The following formula shall be used to convert from Grade (CGPA) to equivalent Percentage. Percentage = (CGPA – 0.75) × 10.' The college's own M.E. prospectuses (2023-24 cl. xvii; 2025-26 cl. xv) give this formula as 'prescribed by Goa University' for B.E. grade points.
Goa University college, not autonomous. Goa University's OA-16 conversion applies: it is NOT plain ×10 (CGPA 8.0 → 72.5%). Reverse: CGPA = (percentage ÷ 10) + 0.75.
