No published conversion for IIHMR University, Jaipur
This institution states that no CGPA-to-percentage formula applies. IIHMR records no equivalent percentage on its report cards or degree certificates and publishes no CGPA-to-percentage formula. Its per-course grade bands are uneven (e.g. 71–80% = 7 but 81–85% = 8), so ×10 cannot be derived. If a percentage is demanded, ask the University for a certificate.

What to do instead: ask the examination section or controller of examinations for a conversion certificate. Most institutions issue one on request, and an employer or university will accept that where they will not accept an estimate.
Converting IIHMR University, Jaipur percentage back to CGPA
No CGPA to percentage formula for IIHMR University, Jaipur (Rajasthan) has been found in an official source, so there is no rule to reverse and this page does not estimate a CGPA. What has been checked is set out below.
Why this is an estimate, not an official figure
A college issues your percentage from your actual CGPA, not the other way around — so reversing the formula recovers the CGPA that would produce that percentage. When both numbers appear on your grade card, always quote the official CGPA rather than this estimate.

Formula withdrawn. Previously cited: 'The IIHMR University Jaipur Ordinance, 2013' (Ordinance No. 30 of 2013, made 27 September 2013), cl. 6.5.1 'Grading System and Marks': 'Grading System: The students will be awarded grade points. However, their equivalent percentage of marks will not be recorded in the report card/degree certificate.' The clause then lists per-course grade bands (O = 10 for 91–100%, A+ = 9 for 86–90%, A = 8 for 81–85%, B+ = 7 for 71–80%, B = 6 for 61–70%, C = 5 for 56–60%, P = 4 for 50–55%, F = 0 below 50%).
