PG CBCS (2018-19 scheme): the Chancellor's uniform PG CBCS ordinance (Governor's Secretariat letter No. Estb.-40/2017-1457/GS(I), 29-05-2018, to all universities of Bihar except RAU Pusa and BAU Sabour), cl. 9.9: 'To find percent equivalent to CGPA the following formula may be used; percent = CGPA X 10' (read in the copies posted by Patna University and C.M. College).
No university-specific conversion document was found; the rule comes from the Chancellor’s uniform ordinances, which bind every university whose Chancellor is the Governor of Bihar.
