No PBS regulation contains an explicit CGPA-to-percentage sentence. For R-23 and R-15 UG the college's own rule makes each grade point = marks/10, so CGPA × 10 equals the credit-weighted percentage (derived, exact in principle). More importantly, the college's final transcript itself prints 'Percentage of marks' (R-15, R-20, R-23), so students should quote that printed figure rather than any conversion. R-20 UG (2021/2022 intakes) is internally inconsistent (stepped S/A+/A… grades but also Gi=(MS/MM)*10) — do not apply ×10 confidently there; use transcript percentage. PG R-22 uses a stepped scale; no conversion possible. Krishna University publishes no formula.
