The UG CBCS ordinance is posted on RGU's own site only in Hindi (Gazette of India text); the PDF's text layer is partly garbled, but the conversion line reads 'ग्रेड अंक से प्रतिशत में परिवर्तन = ग्रेड अंक X 10.0'. The ordinance's grade table is 95–100 = 10 (O), 85–94 = 9, 75–84 = 8, 65–74 = 7, 55–64 = 6, 45–54 = 5, 35–44 = 4 (C, pass), ≤34 = D (fail). M.Phil./Ph.D. coursework guidelines (2021) use ×9.5 instead. No PG (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.) CBCS ordinance or NEP-2020 FYUP regulation with a conversion clause was found on rgu.ac.in; the UGC Curriculum and Credit Framework hosted by RGU has no conversion. Tell UG students: CGPA × 10.
