VYT Durg is a UGC-autonomous college affiliated to Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya (HYV). HYV issued Ordinance 144 specifically for its autonomous colleges, and its applicability clause covers every UG programme they offer. Clause 16 gives P = 10 × CGPA, the same as HYV's Ordinance 205 for non-autonomous colleges. The college's own 'Ordinance' page (scpage.aspx?pageid=225) and its 2025-26 prospectus could not be read: the college server timed out on every attempt after the first few fetches. So this rests on HYV's ordinance plus confirmed affiliation and autonomy, not on a college-side sentence. The sister HYV autonomous college at Rajnandgaon posts Ordinance 144 as its own exam ordinance. The owner should open the college's Ordinance page to confirm it lists Ordinance 144.
