Formula
Native = sum(course grade x ECTS) / sum(ECTS). US approximation maps each 0–10 grade by band (9–10 -> 4.0, 8–8.9 -> 3.3, 7–7.9 -> 3.0, 6–6.9 -> 2.3, 5–5.9 -> 2.0).
