The CSU Bakersfield grade scale — what makes it specific
A+ rule: CSUB uses the CSU 4.0 plus/minus scale; its registrar states plainly that optional plus/minus applies to A, B, C, or D only and 'A+ grades are not allowed' (A=4.0 max, A-=3.7, down to D-=0.7, F=0).
