How Colorado State University Global calculates GPA
Colorado State University Global calculates GPA as a credit-weighted average: multiply each course’s grade points by its credits, add them up, and divide by total credits. The detail that matters is the grade scale.
The CSU Global grade scale — what makes it specific
A+ rule: On the CSU Global scale, there is no A+ — A = 4.0 is the top grade, and there are no plus or minus grades at all.
Failing grade: Colorado State University Global uses "F" for a failing grade (0.0).
Repeated courses & grade replacement
Most recent attempt replaces earlier attempts in the cumulative GPA; earlier attempts remain on the transcript.
Academic standing
Undergraduates must hold a cumulative GPA of at least 2.00 and a 66.66% completion rate to remain in good standing; failing this leads to SAP Warning then SAP Probation.
Latin honors at graduation
University-wide. CSU Global confirms Latin honors exist for bachelor's students, but publishes no GPA cutoffs or residency requirement anywhere on csuglobal.edu (the commencement FAQ question 'How are Latin honors determined?' does not render).
Academic probation and dismissal
SAP Probation / Academic Suspension: Undergraduates must hold a cumulative GPA of at least 2.00 and a 66.66% completion rate to remain in good standing; failing this leads to SAP Warning then SAP Probation..
Dismissal: Failure to clear SAP Probation results in Academic Suspension..

Good to know
The scale has no A+, no C- and no D+/D-, so a single D covering 60-69% is the only passing grade below C.
Every figure here was read from CSU Global’s own registrar or catalog. Where a rule is set by an individual college rather than the institution, the page says so instead of presenting one college’s number as everyone’s.
