A+ rule: Fresno State uses the CSU 4.0 plus/minus scale with NO A+ (A=4.0 max, A-=3.7, down to D-=0.7, F=0).
Failing grade: California State University, Fresno uses "F" for a failing grade (0.0).

The minimum cumulative GPA depends on how far through the degree a student is:
