Failing grade: Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania uses "F" for a failing grade (0.0).
Repeated courses & grade replacement
The most recent grade replaces the earlier one in the GPA, even if the earlier grade was higher; all attempts remain on the transcript. Undergraduates are limited to six repeats overall and two repeats of any single course.

Dean’s List

Dismissal: A second occurrence below 2.000 after 32.1+ attempted credits results in suspension or dismissal.
