A+ rule: On the West Texas A&M scale, there is no A+ — A = 4.0 is the top grade, and there are no plus or minus grades at all.
Failing grade: West Texas A and M University uses "F" for a failing grade (0.0).

Academic probation and dismissal
Academic probation: cumulative GPA below 2.0.
Dismissal: academic suspension when a student on probation does not earn a semester GPA of 2.0 or above.
