It is an admissions guideline rather than the academic regulation itself; the UG CBCS 2017/2019 and PG 2018-19 regulations (read in a college-hosted copy) give only grade tables (O 90-100 = 10, A+ 80-89 = 9 ... ) and SGPA/CGPA formulas without a conversion sentence. The CCFUP 2023-24 draft regulation clause 17.2 says the same 'CGPA x 10', but that full text was read only on an affiliated college site.
