SCOPE — PG ONLY: the notification covers the two-year, four-semester PG degrees (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com.) in Humanities, Social Sciences, Science and Commerce under the Raj Bhavan CBCS ordinance, effective 2018-19. It does NOT mention UG (CBCS or 4-year FYUGP), MBA, MCA or other vocational programmes. No UG conversion rule was found on the site; the uniform UG and PG ordinances themselves are not published there in readable form. The scanned one-page notification was read on screen: CoE Ref. C/500 dated 06-07-2026. It is listed on the notifications page of brabu.ac.in. brabu.net (the domain on your sheet) returned no content, so brabu.ac.in is the official domain used. Registry cross-check: the BRABU-affiliated college entry 'lnmcbmmuzaffarpur' uses ×10 for its MBA/MCA. That matches this PG rule in spirit, but MBA/MCA are not named in the notification. BACKGROUND: the ×10 rule originates in the uniform 2018 PG CBCS ordinance itself, cl. 9.9 ('To find percent equivalent to CGPA the following formula may be used; percent = CGPA X 10'), as read from the copies hosted by Purnea University and BNMU (registry keys 'purneauniversity', 'bnmu').
