Jamia Hamdard's Examination Bye-Laws (2023-24) state the conversion directly: Equivalent percentage of CGPA = CGPA × 10 (CGPA 8.0 → 80%). The minimum pass is 50% (grade point 5, grade C), and classification by CGPA is I Division with Distinction at 7.5 and above, I Division 6.0–7.5, II Division 5.0–6.0. (The per-grade letter table uses some uneven percentage bands — e.g. B+ is 65–69% — but the CGPA-to-percentage conversion itself is the flat ×10 stated above.)
