Although JNC sits next to Arunachal Pradesh University in Pasighat (they share a boundary wall), JNC's own website states 'Affiliated Rajiv Gandhi University', and APU's own Affiliated Colleges page lists only two Government Model Degree Colleges (Piyong and Kanubari) — so APU's ×9.50 rule does NOT apply to JNC. RGU's UG CBCS ordinance (×10) governs; it is inherited, not a JNC rule.
