This same conversion (Equivalence % of marks = CGPA value × 10) is also stated in Nirma's MBA regulations under the Faculty of Management (R.MBA.(PG) 12.4), so it holds across both the Faculty of Technology & Engineering and the Faculty of Management; other faculties may state their own conversion.
