Read from the scanned certificate by OCR. It covers diploma, UG and PG students at Jais and its centres (Assam Energy Institute, Sivasagar; Energy Institute, Bengaluru), and the same ×10 rule applies to SPI/TPI. The PG Ordinance (17-07-2020, §6.5) also says: 'the CPI may be converted to its percentage equivalent by multiplying the same by 10.'
