Cl. 11.3: minimum CGPA for the PG degree/diploma 4.00.
EXPLICIT official rule. The PDF (30 pages) is an image scan; cl. 11.4 was read as a page image (p. 13 of the ordinance). CAVEAT: grades are banded with whole-number grade points, so CGPA × 10 is the stated equivalence, not an exact recovery of marks. SCOPE: NEP PG programmes from 2025-26. NOT for NEP UG: the UG Ordinance 14(1) posted on the same page (effective 2024-25) gives divisions by CGPA but no conversion. Older CBCS PG syllabi (Ordinance 14) show the grade table without a conversion. NAME NOTE: the site now calls the University 'Samrat Vikramaditya Vishwavidyalaya'.
