BOTH GIVE −0.5. This strengthens rather than weakens the conclusion that −0.5 is the national norm — two independent drafting traditions converge on it. || ⚠️ AUTONOMY IS PRECISELY DATED: 'The Institute has been Granted Autonomy by UGC from Academic Year 2011-2012' — among the earliest in this batch, after GPREC (2006) and RGMCET (2010). || ⚠️ NAAC GRADE HAS BEEN UPGRADED AND OLDER SOURCES ARE STALE.
