The regulation title page reads 'Approved by AICTE, New Delhi & Affiliated to JNTUA, Anantapuramu'. This matters because JNTUA's own conversion is CGPA × 9.5 — structurally unlike both JNTUK (−0.75) and JNTU-GV R23 (−0.5) — so the inherited-cohort answer for this college comes from a different entry entirely. || YET THE REGULATION ITSELF IS THE SAME APSCHE/JNTUK-LINEAGE TEMPLATE used across the delta and northern colleges: identical §-numbering, identical credit-breakup table (13/20/23.5/54.5/33/16), identical 30+70 evaluation split, identical five-skill-course structure, identical Honors and Minor clauses, identical exit policy, and the same −0.5 constant. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FINDING FOR THE REGISTRY: the template is APSCHE-wide, not JNTUK-specific. An autonomous college in JNTUA territory has adopted the same document as autonomous colleges in JNTUK and JNTU-GV territory — which means the −0.5 constant now spans all three universities' autonomous colleges while the three universities themselves use three different formulas (−0.75, −0.5, ×9.5). This entry is ACEM, Madanapalle, in Annamayya district, JNTUA-affiliated, under the VEDA EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, EAPCET code ACEM. There is a separate and much larger Aditya group at Surampalem/Kakinada in the delta, JNTUK-affiliated, plus Aditya colleges at Tekkali and elsewhere. Different societies, different universities, different regulations. Check the town on the certificate. || FOUNDED 2009 under the Veda Educational Society; Secretary & Correspondent Mr. R.
