R23 Regulations', and the document contains JNTU-GV's own title page: 'JAWAHARLAL NEHRU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY GURAJADA VIZIANAGARAM-535 003, A.P (Established by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 22 of 2021)'. Miracle has adopted the university's regulation with only a cover sheet added. THEREFORE: JNTU-GV R23 = (CGPA − 0.5) × 10, with class bands 7.5/6.5/5.5/5.0 and an S/A/B/C/D/E grade table. A jntugv registry entry can now be written for the R23 generation, exactly as the VGTN row settled JNTUK R23.
