Every page footer reads 'JNTUGV B.Tech. R23 Regulations', and the document contains JNTU-GV's own title page: 'JAWAHARLAL NEHRU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY GURAJADA VIZIANAGARAM-535 003, A.P (Established by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 22 of 2021)'. Miracle has adopted the university's regulation with only a cover sheet added. THEREFORE: JNTU-GV R23 = (CGPA − 0.5) × 10, with class bands 7.5/6.5/5.5/5.0 and an S/A/B/C/D/E grade table. A jntugv registry entry can now be written for the R23 generation, exactly as the VGTN row settled JNTUK R23. R19 and earlier JNTU-GV generations remain unread. || THE ACT NUMBER IS WORTH RECORDING: JNTU-GV was established by ANDHRA PRADESH ACT NO. 22 OF 2021, distinct from JNTUK's Act No. 30 of 2008. That parenthetical is the fastest way to tell which university's template a northern regulation descends from — and it is the same artefact that appeared, uncorrected, on VITW's cover in the south. || THE R23 TEXT IS SUBSTANTIALLY THE JNTUK R23 TEMPLATE. Comparing it against the raw JNTUK R23 read at VGTN and the Miracle document side by side: identical §-numbering, identical credit-breakup table, identical evaluation split, identical Honors and Minor clauses, identical exit-policy wording, and the same −0.5 constant. JNTU-GV appears to have carried JNTUK's regulation across at the 2021-22 split rather than drafting its own. This is a strong indication — though not proof — that JNTU-GV's R19 will also match JNTUK R19 at −0.75, which would make the inherited-cohort answer for all northern colleges the same as the southern one. VERIFY BEFORE PUBLISHING for pre-R23 northern cohorts. || NO LOCALISATION WHATSOEVER was applied. 'The University' appears throughout, MOOCs are 'approved by the University', proposals go 'to the University', and §27 still ends with 'the decision of the Vice-Chancellor is final'. Unlike VITW, which substituted 'the College' systematically, Miracle changed nothing but the cover. || THE FILE IS SLOPPILY ASSEMBLED: the very first line of the PDF is a stray header reading 'JNTUGV M.Tech.(Structural Engineering: Course Code: 87) Program' — text from an entirely different document left at the top. The cover then says the course structure is 'Effective for the students admitted into I year from the Academic Year 2024-25 onwards' while the regulation body says 2023-24. The grade table has lost the letter 'S' from its top row (reading '90 & above | Superior | 10'), and §18's heading has swallowed the induction-attendance clause from §17. || AUTONOMY DATE RECONCILED: the college announced UGC-endorsed autonomous status in November 2024, and the syllabus cover applies the structure from AY 2024-25 — consistent. The regulation carries the 2023-24 date because that is JNTU-GV's own R23 effective date, not Miracle's. First autonomous graduates emerge in 2028. || THE HOMEPAGE R19/R20 PG NOTICES ARE NOW EXPLICABLE: 'Miracle Autonomous has released the timetable for I MTech – I semester (R19)' refers to JNTU-GV's PG regulation codes, which Miracle also administers as an autonomous exam centre. PG regulations differ from B.Tech R23 and have not been read. || FIVE DIRECTORIES STILL SAY JNTUK — collegedunia, allegiance-educare, collegebatch, careers360 and youth4work. The affiliation is JNTU-GV. || FOUNDED 2009. Chairman Mr. Prasad V. Lokam. Seven B.Tech branches: CSE, Civil, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, AI & Data Science, plus Basic Science & Humanities; also MBA, M.Tech and MCA. Lateral entry is 120 credits from AY 2024-25. Grade scale (10-point absolute): S (Superior) = 10 (≥90), A (Excellent) = 9 (80-89), B (Very Good) = 8 (70-79), C (Good) = 7 (60-69), D (Average) = 6 (50-59), E (Pass) = 5 (40-49), F (Fail) = 0, Ab (Absent) = 0. Class is awarded on CGPA, not percentage: First Class with Distinction ≥ 7.5, First Class 6.5–<7.5, Second Class 5.5–<6.5, Pass Class 5.0–<5.5. Note this regulation has NO supplementary-appearance bar on Distinction, unlike the Avanthi and DIET documents. Non-credit audit courses are marked Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory and excluded from SGPA/CGPA/percentage. Honors requires 15 additional credits and CGPA 7 with no backlogs.
