LBRCE R-20 is R20-era and uses −0.75, which is consistent — BUT its wording ('Equivalent percentage = (CGPA – 0.75) x 10') matches NEITHER established template: not the 'As per AICTE regulations...' phrasing of ANU R20 and BVCEC BR20, nor the 'CGPA to Percentage conversion Formula –' phrasing of the −0.5 family. LBRCE's regulations are independently drafted throughout: distinct section numbering, a different CIE structure (descriptive 15 + objective 10 + assignment 5), 121 credits for lateral entry rather than 120, Honors requiring 20 additional credits rather than 15, and an SGPA gate for Honors/Minor entry (8.0 for Honors, 7.75 for Minor). This is one of the few genuinely bespoke regulation documents in the batch, so its constant carries independent evidential weight rather than being template inheritance. || INTERNAL CONSISTENCY: (CGPA − 0.75) × 10 reduces to 10·GP − 7.5, mapping grade points to band lower bound plus 2.5 (GP 10 → 92.5 in a ≥90 band; GP 9 → 82.5 in an 80–90 band; GP 5 → 42.5 in a 40–50 band), NOT to band midpoints. Mandatory non-credit courses are graded Y (completed) or N (not completed) and carry 0 grade points.
