Equivalent Percentage = CGPA × 10. The percentage will be rounded off upto second decimal point' (the PDF text layer renders the formula as 'Equivalent Percentage CGPA 10' with the operators lost).
The only verbatim conversion sentence found is in RDVV's own B.Ed. CBCS scheme (clause 3.38). For PG CBCS the university's own tabulation registers show an 'Equivalent Percentage' column that is exactly CGPA × 10, which is consistent but is not a written rule. Neither RDVV's posted ordinance index (an index only, scanned) nor its site gave a readable NEP-2020 UG ordinance, so the NEP UG formula was not separately confirmed on RDVV's own copy (per the MP rule the shared MP NEP ordinance posted elsewhere was not used). Students on NEP UG should check their marksheet legend. Rounding: two decimals.
