PEC's R19 and R20 agreeing on −0.75 means the constant is stable at this college across at least the 2019-2021 admission window, and the R16 class-band table (7.75/6.75/5.75/4.75, identical) suggests it reaches back further still. || USES THE −0.75 'AS PER AICTE REGULATIONS' TEMPLATE — the fourth instance in this batch after ANU R20 §12(vii), BVCEC BR20 §17(vii) and NEC R20. All four are R19/R20-era, and the clause number is (vii) in three of them.
